The Pilates training system is a movement practice focusing on proper joint alignment and biomechanical function. It emphasizes flexibility, spinal elongation, and core muscle strength. Specially designed spring resistance-based equipment or specialized mat exercises develop core and full body strength. Emphases build a strong, supported, yet supple spine.
