I knew there was a reason I took to gardening so enthusiastically. It may make me happier.
Although the FDA is trying to take greater control over the “food” supplement market, shady marketing claims and out right lying by aggressive sales people leave public confused and often at health risk.
Just read this article on the mechanisms behind exercise and its role in promoting and maintaining weight loss. Apparently, it’s true. It is harder for women but, you have to exercise to keep it off.
How much more evidence do we need to convince people that exercise is essential – and benefits us all at any age. Read on, then just breath and move.

I have begun teaching what, in time, will become complete “Classical Conditioning Barre” protocols. Commonly called “aerobic barre”, these protocols were developed during my research at Arizona State University in the early nineties. The class is being held at Polaris Dance Center in Portland Oregon. We have been working three times/week for about six weeks and are up to 41 minutes.
