I have begun teaching  what, in time, will become complete “Classical Conditioning Barre” protocols.  Commonly called “aerobic barre”, these protocols were developed during my research at Arizona State University in the early nineties.  The class is being held at Polaris Dance Center in Portland Oregon.  We have been working three times/week for about six weeks and are up to 41 minutes.  Some time ago, Research Magazine did an article about my research.
