Dave has 30 years of golf teaching experience and was trained by Hank Haney, a former PGA Teacher of the year who currently works with Tiger Woods and Mark O’Meara.

The GYROTONIC EXPANSION SYSTEM® has multiple exercises for every part of the body and each movement involved in the golf swing. A good golf swing applies tremendous physical demands on the whole body, but the spine remains especially vulnerable. Back problems often plague all levels of golfers from the novice to the professional. GYROTONIC® training emphasizes spinal movement, which prepares the golfer for the swing’s exceptional demands. The rotational exercises of the torso loosen, strengthen and train the muscles of the spine to freely accommodate the golf swing’s rotational power and speed.

An integral component of the golf swing is the shoulder turn. Upper body exercises help strengthen the shoulder girdle and increase shoulder flexibility, which facilitates greater shoulder rotation. A primary physical failing for golfers tends to be a weak, inflexible upper back and shoulder area. GYROTONIC® exercises specifically address these issues by lengthening and strengthening this area.
